Pilates is a full-body strength workout done on the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair and Barrels. 

Because Pilates focuses on balancing our asymmetries, it’s great for everybody. If you’re in need of flexibility, Pilates will loosen what is tight. If you are hyper mobile, Pilates will strengthen what is unstable.

Vinyasa is a dynamic style of yoga where you move seamlessly from one pose (asana) to the next, linking each movement with breath (pranayama). It includes a calming meditation (savasana) at the end, helping to ground and restore balance.

Who
am I?

Welcome ! I'm Valeria, a passionate Pilates, Yoga and personal Trainer who offers best-in-class instruction (EN + DE) to help you stay and become fit.

Let me tell you a bit about my journey.  After a knee surgery, I started lifting weights and discovered Yoga. Curious to learn more, I dove into several training courses. Since 2017, I’ve had the honour of teaching group classes and connecting deeply with like-minded people. I truly love helping others become healthier, stay motivated, and feel their absolute best.

The mix of Yoga, Pilates, and weight training has boosted my strength, mobility, flexibility – and helped me manage stress. It’s changed my life. Seeing my clients' happy faces and pain-free bodies reminds me daily of how powerful and holistic these practices are.
